Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R is a comedic and magical anime that follows Komugi Yoshida, a second-year middle school student and part-time idol, as she navigates her dual lives. Komugi's idol activities are often low-key, unlike her classmates and close friends Kokona Saionji and Tsubasa Kisaragi, who have achieved greater success in the industry.
