Moriya Ririka, a 10-year-old girl, finds herself at the forefront of a battle against the Evil Forces of Dark Joker, who have destroyed the planet of Queen Earth. With her childhood friend Seiya and the enigmatic Kanon, Ririka transforms into the Nurse Angel to search for the Flower of Life, the key to defeating the evil forces. The Flower of Life once bloomed across the Earth, but its current location is unknown, leaving Ririka to face a difficult decision to obtain it.
