Sana Hidaka returns to his hometown of Sakuranomori, a place he left five years prior due to his family's business plans. As a 16-year-old high school student, he hopes to restore his old life, but finds that the town hasn't changed as much as he thought. His friends, Aoi Oribe, Shuri and Shuusuke Wakatsuki, and Nanaka Yatsushiro, have secrets and burdens that are straining their relationships with each other.
