My Mental Choices Are Completely Interfering With My School Romantic Comedy

Kanade Amakusa's high school life is complicated by a curse called "Absolute Choice" imposed by a self-proclaimed god. This system randomly presents Kanade with mental options for actions he must take, often in public and always with crude and rude choices. His goal is to repair his reputation and avoid these embarrassing situations, but the system's creator consistently intervenes, forcing Kanade into the lives of several girls at his school.
