My Life as Inukai-san's Dog.

The story revolves around a high school student who wakes up on the streets with no memory of how he got there. He's taken in by classmate Karen Inukai, who seems to have mixed intentions as she tries to bathe him. However, things take a surprising turn when he transforms into a dog. As Pochita, the student must navigate life as a canine and try to find a way back to his human form, gaining new insights into Inukai's personality in the process.
