A chance encounter with Knuckleduster, a vigilante, and Pop☆Step leads to a new opportunity when a Quirk-enhancing drug starts turning people into villains. Kouichi joins forces with the two to stop the drug's spread, navigating a chaotic landscape of wrongdoers overlooked by the law.
