Mokke revolves around Shizuru and Mizuki, two sisters dealing with unique abilities - Shizuru can see ghosts, whereas Mizuki is haunted by them. Their parents sent them to live with their grandparents in the countryside, hoping a change of environment would help. There, the sisters begin to learn about living in harmony with the spiritual entities that surround them.
