Moeyo Ken TV

Moeyo Ken TV takes place in an alternate Meiji Era, where a young man named Sakamoto Ryunosuke returns to Kyoto from Shanghai with his supernatural companion, Nekomaru. This creature, known as a youkai, is subject to licensing laws that allow it to coexist with humans. Ryunosuke's return coincides with a significant change in the law, as the Kidou Shinsengumi Co. Ltd. is now tasked with capturing unlicensed youkai.
