Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury Season 2

Suletta Mercury returns to dueling at Asticassia School of Technology after surviving a terrorist attack on Plant Quetta, while Miorine Rembran cares for her injured father. Members of Dawn of Fold infiltrate the school, posing a threat to Suletta and her friends. Prospera, Suletta's mother, approaches Miorine with a proposal to revive her father's "Quiet Zero" project, a plan aimed at ending all war, but her true intentions are unclear.
