The Universal Century Charter, which recognizes the rights of Newtypes, hasn't significantly impacted the world's structure despite this acknowledgment. The remnants of Neo Zeon, known as the Sleeves, were thought to have been defeated in their final battle, where two full psycho-frame mobile suits demonstrated extraordinary capabilities.
