Miko's daily life is disrupted after she begins seeing supernatural entities that are usually invisible to others, such as the grotesque Kuroba. To maintain a sense of normalcy and protect her friend Hana, Miko tries to appear nonchalant about the terrifying creatures she encounters, even when they pose a direct threat. This coping mechanism allows her to navigate the paranormal world while keeping her life relatively intact. The series explores the humorous side of Miko's situation, set against the backdrop of genuine horror.
