Mardock Scramble: The Second Combustion

Rune Balot and Oeufcoque are in a desperate situation as they're being pursued by Boiled, Shell's assassin. Doctor Easter arrives just in time to rescue them using the Humpty Dumpty, a vehicle designed for protecting people in Welfare cases. The two are taken to Paradise, a city where the Scramble 09 technology was developed, and where Boiled's rebirth occurred. There, Balot must decide between seeking justice for herself or maintaining peace within Paradise.
