Manyuu Hikenchou

The Manyuu clan, a group of Edo period warriors, wielded a unique magical skill: the ability to adjust a woman's breast size with a sword strike. In their society, larger breasts signify status, wealth, and influence, but Chifusa, their chosen successor, opposes this breast-obsessed culture. Chifusa deserted the clan, taking the sacred scroll with breast enlargement and severing techniques, and is now wanted for her actions. She's aided by Kaede, a fellow warrior who sympathizes with her cause, and together they face danger as they try to undo the Manyuu's harm.
