Tsunami, the future queen of the Magical Kingdom of Juraihelm, assigns Sasami Kawai the task of restoring balance to the universe, which has shifted towards darkness. To aid Sasami, Tsunami gives her a magical baton that allows her to transform into Pretty Sammy, a magical girl. However, Sasami is hesitant to take on this role due to her embarrassment about the transformation, despite the fact that it's necessary to combat evil.
