Lupin III: Goodbye Lady Liberty

Lupin III attempts to delete his files from the global police network. To accomplish this, he must first locate the Ultravirus, a highly influential computer virus that commands other viruses, and its whereabouts are known only to a young child. His search for the virus leads him to steal the Statue of Liberty, where he hopes to find a large diamond hidden within it, reportedly the size of a football. This diamond is linked to the Ultravirus.
