Lupin III: Babylon no Ougon Densetsu

Lupin III: Babylon no Ougon Densetsu takes place in Manhattan, where archaeologists have discovered Babylonian tablets that offer hints about the location of a golden Tower of Babel. The Tower, not based on the biblical story, is Lupin III's next target, along with the Mob, who also seek to claim its riches for themselves. Lupin's pursuit of the treasure leads him to clash with a Polish Mafia boss and his goons, as well as Interpol Inspector Zenigata, who's trying to bring him in.
