Hanabi Natsuno returns to her hometown after six years in Tokyo and starts high school, moving into the local dormitory for female students, Tachibanakan. There, she reunites with childhood friend Konomi Fujiwara, whose memories she barely recalls. Upon her arrival, Hanabi is drawn to a female resident, but her intentions are initially unclear. As she becomes the center of attention among the dorm's residents, who try to win her affection, Hanabi anticipates a complex high school experience.
