Love City

Love City takes place in a future world where Headmeters, individuals with psychic powers, have become the norm. Their abilities are measured by a Headmeter on their forehead, which indicates their strength level. Kei, a Headmeter with a unique condition, can only reach a strength level of 5, while others far surpass him. However, in crisis situations, Kei's abilities can temporarily increase to infinity when he's with Ai, a young girl with a significant secret that could impact the world.
