Looking Up At The Half-Moon

Ezaki Yuuichi is a patient at a hospital, confined due to a hepatitis A diagnosis. He frequently gets into trouble by sneaking out, often facing punishment from his nurse. While exploring the hospital, he meets Akiba Rika, a girl around his age with a poor prognosis. Despite her initially selfish and moody personality, they form a bond as they navigate their relationship, sharing everyday experiences and the challenges that come with it, all against the backdrop of Rika's terminal illness.
