Locke the Superman: New World Command

Azalea resides on Dinahl, a colony planet, with no memory of her past until a voice calls her name. The voice also summons her to a park on a skyscraper, where she meets others with no memory of their previous lives. These individuals, including Eno with psychic abilities, Umoth with x-ray vision, Neia with teleportation powers, Azalea with telepathy, and Locke with electrical wizardry, are all brought together by an unknown voice.
