Level E

Yukitaka Tsutsui, a Tokyo-born schoolboy, moves to Yamagata Prefecture for high school on a baseball scholarship. He's a standout player, having attended Japan's top middle school for baseball. However, upon arrival, Tsutsui finds his apartment occupied by Baka Ki El Dogra, an intergalactic prince who claims to have crash-landed on Earth. The prince, infamous for his reckless behavior, sees nothing wrong with inconveniencing others for his own amusement, often causing chaos and disrupting the lives of those around him.
