The Legend of Duo takes place in a 21st-century world where humanity is threatened by the loss of "purana," a vital energy that sustains all life. Duo, a vampire, shares the secret of purana with humans, preventing their extinction, but this act of defiance draws a penalty. Duo is punished by Zieg, a vampire and his close friend who has a complex relationship with him.
