Legend of Deification

Jiang Ziya, a high-ranking commander in the Kunlun Sect's divine army, wins a crucial battle against the Shang dynasty with the aid of the Heavenly powers. He's then tasked with killing the Nine-Tailed Fox Demon, a threat to human life, but is unable to complete his mission after learning of her power, which comes from an innocent human girl. This act of defiance results in his permanent exile to the mortal world. Ten years later, Jiang Ziya receives another order to eliminate the Nine-Tailed Fox Demon, forcing him to choose between loyalty to the heavens and his own path to godhood.
