Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens

Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens is based on a shounen manga by Takenashi Eri. The story follows Jin, an unlucky high school student who carves a statue from the trunk of a sacred tree for a school project, unintentionally awakening a guardian deity. This deity, who takes the form of a girl, is angry about her tree being cut down and moves in with Jin, seeking revenge on supernatural "Impurities" by destroying them.
