Jubei-chan 2: The Counterattack of Siberia Yagyu

Jubei Yagyu's past duel with Kitaretsusai in 17th-century Siberia left his daughter Freesia frozen in suspended animation. Three centuries later, global warming thaws her body, and she arrives in Japan as a middle school student. Freesia sets her sights on acquiring the Lovely Eye Patch, which her father Jubei had obtained, and she targets her classmate Jiyuu Nanohana as a means to get it.
