Inuki Kanako Zekkyou Collection: Gakkou ga Kowai! is based on the comic "Inuki Kanako Queen's Collection" by Inuki Kanako. The story revolves around Bukida, a student who's largely ostracized by his classmates due to his unappealing appearance. Despite this, Bukida harbors romantic feelings for Matsuko, which leads him to become increasingly obsessed with her. After his untimely death in a traffic accident, Matsuko is initially relieved but soon finds herself confronted by Bukida's vengeful spirit.
