Lee Myeongyi suffers from a lifelong condition: pneumothorax, a collapsed lung that affects his daily life and social interactions. Because of his condition, he's exempt from physical education and military service, and his classmates often show a mix of curiosity and disdain. However, class president Han Seonho has always been kind to Myeongyi, sparking a long-held crush in the latter. Nine years after graduation, Myeongyi attends their high school reunion, hoping to reconnect with Seonho, but finds him married, which extinguishes his hopes.
