Arikawa Hime is dealing with a debt problem after his parents left him with a significant financial burden. The Shimoshina High School student council steps in to help, paying off his debt in exchange for his participation as a female member of the council. Arikawa, who was wearing a French maid outfit at the time, is forced to dress as a girl and fulfill the council's whims. As a result, he becomes the subject of affection and teasing from the female council members.
