Hana-Kimi

Mizuki Ashiya is a high school student from the United States who becomes infatuated with Izumi Sano after seeing him jump at a high school competition. She decides to move to Japan and enrolls at Sano's all-boys academy, where she befriends her class despite initially being discovered as a girl. Mizuki finds herself living with Sano as a roommate, but soon learns that he has given up high jumping for reasons he won't discuss. Meanwhile, the academy's doctor, Hokuto Umeda, is suspicious of Mizuki's true identity.
