Goku: Midnight Eye

Goku Furinji is a former police officer turned detective, who possesses an advanced prosthetic eye known as the "Eye of God." This device allows him to interface with the global computer network. Investigating a colleague's murder that the police hierarchy wanted him to abandon, Goku's determination put him in harm's way and resulted in the loss of his natural eye. The mysterious group that saved him later enabled him to have the "Eye of God" implanted.
