Girly Air Force

Kei Narutani and Song Minghua, Chinese refugees, are fleeing from the Zai, an organization that terrorizes their country. While escaping to Japan, they're saved by a strange red aircraft, which leads Kei to meet its pilot, Gripen, a unique "Anima" and JAS-39F fighter. Kei develops a bond with Gripen and joins the Japan Self-Defense Force to help her overcome her flying struggles. The squadron, including Gripen, Eagle, and Phantom, teams up to defend humanity against the Zai and an invasive alien force.
