Gingitsune: Messenger Fox of the Gods

Makoto Saeki's family has a unique connection to the supernatural - specifically, they can see the fox spirit Gintarou, who has been protecting their local Inari temple since the Edo era. This ability is limited to one living family member at a time, and after Makoto's mother passed away, the power transferred to her. Now that Makoto is the only remaining relative with this ability, she works with Gintarou to aid their community, despite their differences.
