Manami Amamiya transfers to Seioh Private High School in 2035, an all-girls school struggling due to low enrollment caused by a significantly reduced birth rate. As a result, many schools, including Seioh, face the risk of closure. Manami joins the student council, alongside Mika Inamori, and works with three other classmates, Mutsuki Uehara, Mei Etoh, and Momoha Odori, to revitalize the council and plan the school's student festival. The group focuses on improving the student council room and organizing the festival.
