Fine and Rein, twin princesses, attend the Royal Wonder Academy on the Royal Wonder Planet to hone their royal skills. The school environment is highly competitive, with both students and teachers having a stern demeanor, making it difficult for the twins to form connections. Upon touching the Soleil Bell, they become Universal Princesses, accompanied by the angels Pyupyu and Kyukyu, who aid them in their endeavors. However, their new status attracts unwanted attention from a malevolent force that originated in a mysterious painting.
