Fantasy of a Kitten

Chibi-neko, a two-month-old kitten, is found and taken in by Tokio, an 18-year-old who recently failed his university entrance exams. Despite his mother's allergies and fear of cats, she allows Tokio to keep Chibi-neko, hoping it will help him cope with his disappointment. In her unique perception, Chibi-neko believes she is a human who speaks, but only meows are audible to others. She's told about Cottonland, a fabled paradise where dreams may become reality.
