Chuuta Kokonose is an orphan living with his aunt. He experiences a unique condition where he has a voice in his head. This voice plays a significant role in his decision to join the space police force after a mysterious entity teleports him to the Solar System Department. There, he meets Rein Brickke, the department's Chief, who believes Chuuta has potential to become a police officer.
