Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest

Dr. Kochin, a biotechnology expert, is working in his lab to gather the dragon balls, which would free his master, Dr. Uirou. Dr. Uirou is a scientist trapped in the Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains' ice, where he's been frozen in the hopes of one day ruling the world. Gohan and Oolong arrive at the lab, but are ambushed by the Bio-Men, creatures created by Dr. Kochin. Meanwhile, Piccolo is attacked by three warriors nearby.
