Dolls' Frontline takes place in a post-war world where nations can no longer defend their territories against rogue androids. The private military company Griffin & Kryuger employs "tactical dolls" – their android soldiers – to combat the threat. M4A1, a leader of the elite team "Anti-Rain", is tasked with protecting her comrades during high-stakes operations against the Sangvis Ferri army.
