Dog Days 2011

Dog Days takes place in the Flonyard, an alternate Earth where humans coexist with beings who have animal-like features. The Republic of Biscotti, primarily inhabited by dog-like citizens, is under attack by the Galette Leo Knights, a feline force. Princess Millhiore of Biscotti summons Cinque Izumi, a junior high student from Earth, as her champion to defend her people.

Cinque agrees to assist Biscotti, retrieves the Palladion, and participates in the Flonyard's unique battle system – a competition that raises money for the kingdoms, with no casualties. As Biscotti's champion, Cinque learns that he cannot return to his home world, and the Biscotti scientists work to find a solution, leaving Cinque to serve Princess Millhiore by continuing to fight as the Republic's hero.
