Serufu Yua and Miku "Purin" Suride, childhood friends, have different paths after applying to their respective schools due to the increasing emphasis on technology in education. While the tech-oriented Purin attends the elite Yuyu Girls' Vocational High School, Serufu is accepted into the traditional Gatagata Girls' High School after being rejected by Yuyu High.

At Gatagata, Serufu meets Rei Yasaku, a student who attends the same school and fixes her bike after an accident. Rei is the head of the school's DIY Club and is passionate about crafts, but the club is struggling due to a lack of members.
