Dirty Pair Flash 2 follows agents Kei and Yuri as they take on various missions. Their cases involve combating an android assassin, confronting transvestite killers, and dealing with supernatural entities, all set against the backdrop of an amusement park planet. The Lovely Angels also become involved in a con artist hunt and offer advice to the computer programmer they're protecting.
