Haruki Nakano's daily life is marked by the presence of his four sisters, who live with him in their apartment while their mother is abroad. His household consists of Mutsuki, the eldest, who often falls asleep in his bed; Yayoi, a junior high school student who frequently hits him; and the grade school twins Uzuki and Satsuki, known for playing pranks on their brother.
