Cybersix

Cybersix is based on the Argentine graphic novel series of the same name. The story revolves around Cybersix, a genetically engineered super-soldier created by Dr. Von Reichter, a former Nazi who conducted inhumane experiments during World War II. Von Reichter's experiments resulted in the creation of the "Cybers," but their emergence of free will was a trait he couldn't tolerate, so he destroyed them all. Cybersix, however, managed to escape and now lives as Adrian Seidelman, forced to hunt down Technos, newer super-soldiers, to survive due to a reliance on a special substance created by Von Reichter.
