Concrete Revolutio

The story of Concrete Revolutio begins with Jirou Hitoyoshi, a member of the Super Population Research Laboratory, who gets caught listening in on a secret meeting in 41st year of the Shinka Era. The meeting reveals an alien in disguise as an industrial spy, and Jirou must team up with Kikko Hoshino, a magical girl and superhuman, to take him down. Over the next few years, the public's opinion of superhumans shifts from acceptance to distrust, and Jirou's role in the agency changes from protector to fugitive. He's now on the run from the very superhumans he once recruited.
