Combat Mecha Xabungle

The planet Zora is divided between the advanced city-dwellers known as the Innocent and the desert-dwelling Civilians. The Innocent have a unique justice system where crimes committed by Civilians are forgiven if left unpunished within a three-day timeframe. Jiron Amos, a Civilian seeking revenge for his parents' murder, targets the outlaw Timp Sharon, although the deadline for forgiveness has expired. Jiron teams up with the Sandrats and kidnaps Elchi, the daughter of the merchant Carrying Cargo, to aid in his quest.
