City Hunter: Million Dollar Conspiracy

Emily O'Hara, an American woman, hires the City Hunter duo, Ryo Saeba and Kaori Makimura, to protect her from Douglas for a fee of one million dollars. This arrangement seems straightforward, but it appears Emily is not the primary target. Ryo and Kaori are instead drawn into a complex situation where they themselves are being targeted, with the true identity of the person seeking to harm Ryo unclear.
