Chronos Ruler

Koyuki Honda's graduation ceremony is approaching, but it's a bittersweet occasion - she has no family to attend. Her only family member, her brother, passed away years ago. While visiting his grave, Koyuki encounters two brothers, Kiri and Victor Putin, who are chasing a mysterious creature. They claim to be actors filming a movie, but Victor sparks Koyuki's curiosity about an old legend: making a wish under the clock tower at midnight during a full moon supposedly reverses time, allowing people to reclaim lost things.

However, Koyuki soon discovers the truth - the legend is a ruse to lure humans into the clutches of time demons called Horologues, which feed on human regrets. Victor uses Koyuki as bait to draw a demon to the clock tower, where Kiri and Victor fight as Chronos Rulers, warriors who use the Oath of Time to manipulate time and combat the Horologues.
