Haruki Bandou gives up judo after a shoulder injury, a decision that coincides with his best friend Kazuma Hashimoto's decision to leave the university judo club. Kazuma has a new idea: creating an all-male cheerleading team at Meishiin University. Despite initial reluctance, Haruki gets involved in helping Kazuma set up the team, which they name the Breakers. As they work to establish the team, they face physical challenges and skepticism from others.
