Burn Up!

Maki, Reimi, and Yuka are members of an elite crime-fighting unit, but their current duties involve traffic patrol, a less demanding assignment. The situation changes when Yuka is kidnapped by a human trafficking organization run by a well-connected businessman who has intimidated the local police. Maki and Reimi must use their skills to rescue Yuka, which involves acquiring tank armor and confronting the trafficker.
