The Armed Detective Agency continues to evade the Hunting Dogs, but Ranpo Edogawa believes he can clear their name and prevent global chaos by capturing Kamui, leader of Decay of the Angel. To gather information on Kamui's whereabouts, Ranpo and Atsushi Nakajima attempt to persuade Genichirou Fukuchi, captain of the Hunting Dogs, to grant them amnesty. Fukuchi's complicated past with Yukichi Fukuzawa, president of the Agency, might be their key to earning his cooperation, but Fukuchi's true loyalties remain uncertain.
